We can work with your design ideas or custom design your project working with you each step of the way from design concept, planning, plan documentation for submission to council or private building certifier; working drawings for your builder.

The timeline for a project varies depending on the scope and complexity. We will provide a general timeline.  We incorporate outsourced information from third party professionals such as structial engineers, surveyors, geotechnical surveyors (soil tests) and the like.  We can engage these professionals on your behalf to stream line information exchange.

The short answer is YES.  Since moving from Tasmania back to NSW we have successfully transitioned into working remotely for our existing and new Tasmanian clients.  We have retained our Tasmanian Building Designer Licence for continued building design and drafting services in Tasmania; having lived and worked near Hobart for 30 years.
